1. Your agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your access to and use of flick.homes and any feature, functionality, or service offered through it (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
flick.homes is an independent third-party website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by FlickArt, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Flick and all related product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Services. Sign-in is available through Google only.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Notify us at support@flick.homes if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans and credit packs are sold through Stripe. Prices, credit amounts, and included features are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the term you selected until cancelled.
Credits are a prepaid usage allowance, have no cash value, are not transferable, and expire as described at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to break any law or infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Interfere with, disrupt, scrape, or place unreasonable load on the Services.
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Services or your relationship with us.
- Upload or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that you do not have the rights to use.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Services, including the site design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain rights to the prompts and materials you submit, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to use them. Third-party product names, model names, and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
